The welcome is warm and friendly. This charming hotel sits in a prime location just outside the medieval city.
The room is clean and well presented with a balcony overlooking the river and medieval city.
A short walk to Carcassonne old town where you'll find an abundance of cafes and bistros as well as all the every day shops you'd expect

Find somewhere different. Great location disappointing hitel

Terrible. Chaotic. At breakfast they ran out of croissants bread and coffee! In a french hotel. Piped music is played all night in the courtyard so you cant sleep with the balcony doors open. Staff seemed lost and out of their depth....

Lovely hotel with great views to the castle

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable with coffee machines and balconies. Ours had spectacular view to the river and the castle. The buffets had excellent choices. Quiet area and the hotel had a spa, although we did not have time to use it....

Great location but rats on the balcony and dreadful bed

Hotel location is amazing with picture postcard view of the castle. Unfortunately the room's balcony has covered in pigeon excrement, which could have been easily swept aside. Furthermore the balcony had rats on it which rather interrupted our evening!
The room was perfectly fine, however the bed was dreadful. It felt a bit like sleeping on concave chicken wire.
Breakfast was a good spread as buffets go. Worth having...

Beautiful hotel within 10 min of the Cité, beautiful gardens and amazing views of the Aude River, the bridge and the castle....
