Great experience, although I was there only for 2 nights. The staff at the reception was cordial and efficient and the room was clean and tidy, with good space and also a nice desk and minibar....

Amazing boutique hotel, clean, modern, friendly staff and a great breakfast situated 5 minutes walking distance to the old towns shops and restaurants. Cartagena is a beautiful city. This hotel was perfect for us!...

Absolutely exceeded expectations! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed.
One of our rooms was ready although we were over 3 hours before checkin. This was much appreciated travelling with a toddler!
My room,a single was beautiful. Unexpected large bed with all facilities as a double room.
Rooms kept spotless throughout visit.
We only took breakfast on last morning and were totally happy with the offerings. Next...

We loved everything especially Isabel at reception. Who went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. She is just so customer orientated, friendly with a bubbly personality. We're glad you had a lovely birthday Isabel. The others at reception Francisco Jose Ainhoa y Loli were also great.
Breakfast choice is amazing noone could be disappointed. All fresh, well prepared and well presented as well as yummy.

The room was very comfortable, we were celebrating a wedding anniversary and they made a lovely swan display on the bed - see photo. Friendly and helpful reception, everything was clean, good buffet breakast. We'd wanted to stay at their 4 star sister hotel on the next street, but it was full when we made the booking.
