Modern, clean, friendly hotel with an accommodating staff. The location is excellent. Rooms were quiet and the bathroom was well appointed. The breakfast was a nice plus.

Everything was great. Loved the breakfast a lot!! Highly recommend. My friends and I like how theres literally mirrors everywhere too. However, there was no microwave and that was something we really needed, so that sucked but other than that, it was great stay....

This was my 3rd time stating at The RIU Chicago. Everything was great as always. We just keep staying on days when the rooftop isn't open....
