Top quality across the board. I the only thing I would ask to improve is to go cups with lids for coffee in the breakfast buffet and cold filtered water to fill my water flask. ...

Rooms are spacious and newer. Mostly clean, but shower drain wasnt cleaned so there was a bit of a backup. The cleaning people and those that delivered supplies dont seem to speak English; I had to practice my high school Spanish on them. Location is excellent for all the exploring you want to do. Would be nice if all guests had access to the rooftop glass floor lookout without having to eat or drink at the lounge....

Overall, we had a nice stay at the RIU hotel in Chicago. The hotel was very clean, and when you walked in, it smelled fresh and had a nice vibe. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The location was great, especially if youre planning to shop or visit nearby attractions. It was very close to the American Girl store, the Harry Potter store, the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, and plenty of shopping.

The hotel is very clean and well updated. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. We liked the privacy option in the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice with so many options and great tasting food. The location was perfect for shopping, site seeing, and sports....

This is a REALLY NICE hotel!!! It is perfectly located, near the corner of Ontario and Michigan Avenues. There are high end shopping experiences EVERYWHERE, within a few short blocks of the hotel, as well as convenience stores like Starbucks (the Starbucks Reserve Roastery is less than a block away), 7-11, Baskin Robbins, and a Garrett Popcorn Shop directly across the street.
