Very friendly staff in Front desk, Bellboys and Food Beverage team.
Rooms are big enough for a couple for 3-4 nights.
Clean room and restaurant.
Highly recommended due to perfect location next to Mag Mile....

Wow wow wow what a beautiful hotel !! Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff we were greeted by such friendly welcoming faces , the room was spacious the bed was so comfortable and the shower was a dream , breakfast selection was more than enough with great choice hot food and the best coffee , location was great close to everything would stay again...

We really enjoyed our stay here. From check in to check out, it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, the hotel and the rooms were clean and it was in such a great location. We also loved that not only was the breakfast included but it was organized and they had plenty of food and a great variety. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay around Michigan Ave....

The staff was really friendly and I was also able to check in a little early. The only minor drawback was there is not an ice mat on the premises,you must go down to the bar....
