Great location with a very accommodating staff from check-in to check-out. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a greet way to start the night. The buffet breakfast was top notch....

An excellent base from which to explore the city. The rooftop bar is a big plus point when considering booking this hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful....

First time at Riu Plaza Chicago and we can say, its going to be one of many. Half block away from the best part of the beautiful North Michigan Ave. Good size room, clean, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff, Nicolas (Nick) was very helpful at our check in. I am a light sleeper and he was very attentive to give us a room away from the elevators

Loved our stay. Amazing staff and customer service. Nice roomy bathrooms and super comfy bed, and, of course, the great breakfast buffet. Great location. And the hotel smells amazing....
