Everything was great. Loved the breakfast a lot!! Highly recommend. My friends and I like how theres literally mirrors everywhere too. However, there was no microwave and that was something we really needed, so that sucked but other than that, it was great stay....

This was my 3rd time stating at The RIU Chicago. Everything was great as always. We just keep staying on days when the rooftop isn't open....

Very good hotel experience and breakfast buffet was really good, rooms are clean and well designed wiyh great location and accessible to various chicago attractions....

Forgot my toothpaste at midnight and they dont have any

At about midnight I noticed I forgot my toothpaste. I asked the front desk and I was told I couldnt buy any from the bar because it was closed. Dont hotels keep some extra small toothpastes for this purpose ? They did after all charge $90 additional resort fee when I checked in.
It left a bad taste in my mouth!...
