Worst ever booking experince with NH Copenhagen.... Made the reservation with the hotel directly. I am platimun discovery member and they seems to constantly have issue with my booking and membership. Was offered over the phone a reservation for 2 rooms with a discount (which I though was due to my member status) , which I now later finds out can not be cancelled nor moved to another day without paying 100% fee .
