Smiles and friendly front desk from the moment of our arrival. Fabulous corner room. Guest services arranged for a wheelchair which enabled me to visit the entire Louisiana collection as well as go to other places. We'll be back!...

I cannot say anything wrong about this hotel. The rooms are great. People are very friendly and competent. The hotel is very modern and clean. Great location. Will definitely stay here again. It has a roof top bar that is great to hang out ( if not too windy)....

As noted in title, hotel feels like brand new and the staff very well trained and capable. Location is excellent for tourist....

Nice place with a great view and it is located very centrally. The food and drinks were good and the service was excellent. Amazing place and I will fot sure visit it again.

Kassi attended to us and she was amazing, so was the food and the view! I had fish and chips and one of the mocktails.
Would definitely recommend this place especially in summer. But they do have blankets if you get a bit chilly. Do pay a visit if youre in Copenhagen...
