We stayed mid-Nov 2024 on the 7th floor of this hotel and loved our stay. The room was very nice, spacious, & quiet with a comfortable bed. Prior to checking in, I mentioned that I was in Copenhagen to celebrate my birthday. Upon check-in, our room had a nice Happy Birthday note with small desserts and a bottle of champagne-- mange tak! The room we had at NH was incredibly spacious. It was a corner suite/room with large windows all around, providing stunning views over the city and river from the 4th floor. The room itself was decorated stylishly and simplistically, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable too.
Unfortunately, our stay was just one night, as we were there for work, so we didnt get to enjoy dinner or breakfast there...

Terrific location, very walkable to many interesting sites. Modern and clean hotel with a friendly and professional staff. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Located just two easy blocks from the metro, pretty quick ride to and from airport as well as other attractions around the city, which is simply magical this time of year.

This location is far from all tourist attractions. However, its 5 mins walk to metro m1 and m2. I felt not enough info about the facility of the hotel was given upon checkin. The breakfast buffet has wide selection and by far its the best but I had to pay extra. No weak points in this hotel, everything is new and close to perfect, but the biggest praise must go to the staff, who are rightly proud of their workplace and who all provide an exceptional service. The hotel is unique in every way...
