We had the best stay. They were so accommodating and really made sure our kid with special needs had all he needed as well as VIP parking. For breakfast, the staff even came to ask if they should make us waffles and bring them to the table. The hotel is located in the center and close to food areas, shopping, tivoli and the train station....

The quality of room amenities, such as towels and toilet paper, was noticeably low and could be improved. Additionally, the breakfast options lacked variety, and the savory choices were largely unhealthy.

Bad sofabed in juniorsuits for big kids. Good breakfast. Drain stinks in bathroom. Worn out chairs in room.

Strategic location for easily reaching all parts of the city a special thank-you to the receptionist who, on the morning of my departure (5 a.m.), provided me with the utmost assistance in getting to the airport; super kind and professional. A small suggestion it would be good to inform guests at check-in that room cleaning is available upon request! Everything else was perfect....

This is a very good hotel. The room was on the 17th floor, and the view from the window was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious....
