unfortunately I had to cancel my stay at Scandic Copenhagen as my father passed away the day before my due stay. To note: I often stay at Scandic for work and have been a member for more than 2 years. This time, my husband had made the reservation (it was my birthday present...), and he did it via a third party booking. i stayed at a previous Scandic hotel in Stockholm so we decided to stay with this brand when in Copenhagen! the location is really good, only one street away from the central train station and the lobby is really nice, has a little shop to buy things and a bar/restaurant! the staff are really friendly and accomodating.

Nice 17thfloor view, but the room was small, very basic, and the ventilation was noisy.
Breakfast was great with many options, and checkin/checkout were fast and smooth....

Reasonable rooms. Good breakfast. but a request for a few teabags when wed run out of teabags got a front desk response of go and buy some yourself. This is ridiculous. They have decided not to service rooms to save the environment so how else does one get room supplies renewed....
