Nice and clean with a good lakeview not far from Tivoli! Good breakfast with nice service! The Qpark gives good carpark direct entrance to the hotel...

The room itself was nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and offered a great view of the city. Very central location to pretty much everything. Decent yet quirky breakfast.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
They asked if I wanted housekeeping every day, to which I said yes, and got it, so no complaints there.

The breakfast was poor, coffee awful. Double bed in Standart room is only 140cm ((, how it is possible in Europe... Because of that we had to upgrade the room. Only superior room has 180-200cm. The staff is not client oriented. In the superior room in 4 star hotel they do not have heated towel rail in each room, house slippers, shoe brush, and they do not clean rooms every day. So this hotel doesnt worth money we pa...

Basic Hotel, near to hop on off city tour. Close to Tivoli Gardens. Transport quite nearby. All attractions within city centre. Small bathroom and single bedroom for 2. Just need room to sleep at night and day time out and about. Ok hotel not great....

Booked a Junior Suite including the Tivoli Christmas promo. The location was great and having tickets "ready" was also a perk, however, there are many things that can be improved.
