We stayed 4 nights and we had to push to clean our room. The condition of the room when we found it at the beginning was already terrible...

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Near the train station as well as the local metro station and a 5-10 minute walk to the Tivoli Gardens and then onto the walking streets. Rooms were dated as it she hotel, but felt clean and the bathroom was a bit sparse akin to some local hotels in small towns in Thailand that I have stayed in which were quite basic.

This hotel is very well situated near central station n very near metro...
Central station is walkable distance...
We were given the 9th floor...The hotel is immaculate n the breakfast is superb...
The location is excellent...we could reach everywhere by foot...and explore copenhagen easily..
The hotel staff is very good...specially at the reception ...CHRISTIAN N SEDEF...Were very polite n helpful...it's a blessing...
