This is a very good hotel. The room was on the 17th floor, and the view from the window was incredible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious....

The place is clean, quiet and comfortable, though small. There is a small desk and small chest for luggage. The bathroom has an excellent rain shower and handheld shower head. No fridge or microwave, but definitely not uncommon in Europe. We were put up here by SAS with the drone problems, so it was one night only and included an excellent breakfast. Premium property belonging to reputed hotel chain in Europe. Large lobby with good ambience. Spacious room, clean linens and bath towels. Large bath room with wash basin counter big enough to keep all toiletries. Comfortable bed. Sufficient storage space for luggage. However, no shelf for hanging and storing clothes. Disgustingly dirty room

The room was dirty we had to ask for housekeeping to come up twice to clean the floor, and still afterwards we couldnt walk in the room with bare feet I had so much dirt AFTER 2x cleaning that my black sock was white (photo posted on Google reviews). The hotel staff took no action to rectify the situation in spite of us notifying them of the situation. Additionally, we went to the restaurant in the hotel one night...
