Stayed here for our first visit to Copenhagen and cannot fault it. Had a superior room with view across the lake, room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was great and the room was always a comfortable temperature (you can control the temperature)

There are many Scandic hotels in Copenhagen. Be very specific if you take a taxi in the city (which is affordable). This one is a new and classy property. The lobby is full of activity with ample space to sit and relax if youre waiting on travel partners to come downstairs before a night out.

A walking distance to the train stations.
Understaffed when we checked in, but the few staffs present did their very best to help everyone....

I stayed for 3 nights, and the best thing that I can say is, its OK !.
The staff were polite but certainly not friendly, the room small but adequate.
The Breakfast good but very crowded.
I would stay again, due to the location, 15 mts walk to the city centre....

Overall a good hotel, rooms could do with a small update and breakfast is busy at weekends. Hotel is close to centre and Tivoli and would stay again....
