Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Wide Hotel. The location was great and our Penthouse Suite had a private balcony. Aside from the terribly high prices which was basically true for everything in Copenhagen, there were very few negatives. Although our room was quite nice, having to use an outside rooftop walkway and go the length of the hotel to our room was annoying. There was a very odd bathtub placement which too...

The hotel is fit for purpose and in a great location for sightseeing and transport links. However, if you are in a ground floor room 17-21 you have the breakfast room/restaurant right above your room so from 7am onwards all you hear is chairs being dragged across the floor and the coffee machine buzzing. Stayed at this hotel for Halloween weekend with my boyfriend. Tivoli gardens is literally round the corner so was a perfect location for us! Room was very nice and clean, loved the big tub in the bathroom along with a very spacious shower! The Positives (Staff and Value):
The staff were truly excellentvery professional, helpful, and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the bar area and the service provided. The hotel's location is good, and it offered decent value for money, if the external issues were not present.

Clean and secure hotel but music venue opposite too loud, inconsiderate and antisocial

We arrived at this hotel and were greeted by Brayn (Bryan?) who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Our room was clean and secure and provided everything we needed.
However, there was very little storage, no drawers and tiny wardrobe. The bathroom was a tiny cubicle, also with no storage. Very modern facilities but far too small to be serviceable.
