Love this hotel! Had never been to Zoku, so booked 2 hotels to split my stay in Copenhagen. I was so happy in the Zoku loft that I extended my stay, cancelling the other hotel. The loft room has so much storage space, is laid out beautifully, with couch, kitchen table, kitchenette & lovely amenities like herbal teas and espresso pods. Very clean & comfortable. What a fantastic base for a trip to Copenhagen. We loved our loft room - the bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, the shower was great, and the room was big with great storage and everything we needed. The hotel staff were really helpful and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage in lockers on our final day. Nice apartments but no service. Weve just had 5 nights at Zoku apartments. Apartment hasnt been cleaned, bags of rubbish have built up and zero service/ understanding from housekeeping despite several requests. 4 coffee pods and 4 tea bags provided for a 5 night stay which is pathetic. Service compared to a hotel is terrible....

Definitely a 'design forward' and unique hotel, but also super comfortable with excellent customer service...and entire experience was well above my expectations!

I must admit the hotel was not what I expected but it excelled my expectations at all levels!! Not only was the concept different and awesome but made me feel at home! Thank you and breakfast delicious!! Staff superb! Keep up the good job, especially because all my needs were attended! The room was amazing! Simply loved it as it was minimalist but just perfect, and the bed, OMG, so comfy, I even overslept!!!...
