Great Location, Stylish Stay Some Room for Improvement
We recently stayed at the Zoku apartment hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent right in the heart of everything, with fantastic metro connections to the city center and beyond. Whether youre exploring local neighborhoods or heading across town, getting around is quick and easy.

The room was really nice. My view was really nice, but the morning shift front desk that was there at checked in and checked out was not at all pleasant and in fact I thought he was rude to me. If he was a little nicer and not so snobby I would rate the hotel 4 stars....

We booked a day room as we had just finished a cruise and our flight was in the evening, when we arrived at the Zoku we were very impressed by the layout but that was nothing compared to the welcome from Madeliene.
Our room wasn't quite ready so she organised seats and a coffee for 20 minutes and completed the booking in.
