    Very nice hotel

    Was a lovely hotel. Stayed as B&B. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Only downside is your at the top of a mountain but if you don't mind walks it's great. 20 mins walk away from the famous siam water park. Would come again if we ever visit teneriffe again.

    We have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice with absolutely no complaints what so ever( and keep in mind that i have OCD). The rooms were immaculate, likewise so were the pool and public areas. The staff are soooooo friendly and willing to help at any time day or night. My other half has mobility issues and when we explained this to the staff we were given an apartment which required no steps or slopes to get to, we had a private taxi pick up/drop off point just off of our terrace (which was huge!!!!!) On arrival the taxi dropped us at the main gate and the super friendly security guard phoned the front desk and they sent a car to the gate to collect us and our luggage. Upon arrival at reception we received a warm and friendly welcome and throughout our stays this was constant (even when the staff were clearly rushed off of their feet) I would strongly advise anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break to consider this hotel. As soon as Covid 19 restrictions are lifted i will be booking a month in this amazing place. Thank you to everyone in the KN Panaramica Heights for my 2 best holidays EVER!!! See you guys soon.

    Got to say was happy with this place, we usually go hotels but decided self catering. The views from here are amazing, it is on a hill and is quite a walk. We walked to town and back most days but you can grab a taxi cheap enough if needed, at night we always taxied back. The rooms are spacious and were cleaned every day, towels changed every day, rooms had what we needed so no complaints. We ate out every night so can’t comment on restaurant but seemed busy enough. Staff friendly especially the guys in the front gate. There is a shop on site that is only slight more expensive than town but well stocked for what you need. Pool was cold but still folk in it, nice area for sunbathing. Would defo book again.......but might taxi more lol
    The views alone are worth the stay

    After reading some of the reviews we came with an open mind. The hotel is on a hill,the walk down into town takes about 20 minutes. Get a taxi back, it's about €5. The apartment was big enough for the 3 of us. We had a one bedroom apartment. The cleaning wasn't great, the floors were filthy,every other day we had fresh towels. On that, bring a towel for the pool you can't use the towels from the room, they charge for towels to be used around the pool. The pool is cold!! The view from our balcony was spectacular!! The staff lovely. We only used the restaurant once, it wasn't for us,the snack is open till 6pm, very reasonable We ate almost every night after that in town, we found an amazing restaurant called Da Angelos, 3 courses for €8.95, the staff are amazing, we also found a great all you can eat buffet for €9.
    Amazing place to stay

    This place is very beautiful and the stuff there are amazing, they are always there to help you no matter the time. The food is amazing. Everything is local even the supermarket but if your looking for the Iceland you will have to get a back which will only take about 5 minutes and it’s worth the money, just me the hotel is an amazing place with amazing stuff member who are always willing to help, even if it’s 1am they will still help you become they care about there visitors.
