Stayed here a few days before going to a different hotel the place in is infested with cockroaches that the cleaners don’t move. Sockets hanging off ants in bathroom rotted wood. And the staff are so so rude.

After reading the most recent reviews my arse fell out to be honest, but we bit the bullet and cracked on. So glad we did ! The old Aussie bird on reception is a bit of a Rottweiler but once we brushed her to one side every thing was sound. Apart from vinegar Vera we found all the staff brilliant, friendly and keen to help. The restaurant was kept immaculately clean with social distancing and sanitising top of the list. Food was limited but excellent quality and there was something for everyone at every meal. The bar staff were so polite which is a rarity these days in an all inclusive hotel. Sunbeds were new and decent quality and no need to get up when the cock crows to stick your towel on one. The entertainment was a bit scarce but this is down to the strict corona guidelines and out of the hotels control. Cleaners were a bit hit and miss, we had to ask for towels to be changed a couple of times but no big deal really. It’s such a shame Boris ballsed everything up and the hotel was emptying by the day because the holiday companies had to flirt us all back to dear old Blighty. We actually felt safer in the Blue Bay than back home. Anyway, would we go again ?? Too right we would. Great value and a lovely family place to stay.
