I recently visited the spa and had an exceptional spa tour with Amina Saadi. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the treatments, services, and facilities in great detail. I was especially impressed by how well she answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcome throughout the entire tour. I highly recommend the spa to anyone looking to relax and pampering themselves....

I recently stayed at the resort for three nights and would like to share my genuine experience.
The reception team was friendly and kind, which I truly appreciated upon arrival. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the villa. While the villa initially appeared clean, I soon noticed flies and insects all over the floor.

For a 5 star hotel the welcome was unacceptable and inhospitable.

Booked as a 2 night stopover with Qatar Airways and treated accordingly by receptionist.
We arrived about 1230hrs and told room wasn't ready even though hotel was half empty. No welcome drink not even a drink of water was offered . Waited and ignored for nearly 90 minutes before we asked when room would be ready, we were immediately offered another room by manager but the patio doors didn't close properly and noise ...

Absolutely beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stopover for 2 nights, the staff were amazing and so was the food in the Parisa restaurant and the Buffet Breakfast in the Deli Kitchen, the room was absolutely spotless and so comfortable all credit to the amazing staff....
