Perfect 3 night stay!
Me and my partner recently stayed at this hotel for an extended stopover / relaxing break during our journey to Vietnam
Our entire experience was 5 stars throughout!
We were very warmly greeted to the hotel with a complimentary upgrade with a choice of rooms upon check in,
Our room was immaculate and kept immaculate by the superb house keeping staff (very friendly)

My rating for this hotel is zero. This is not my first, second, or even third disappointing stay, yet nothing has improved. The same problems continue every time despite repeated complaints.
The hotel is suffering from extremely poor management, unprofessional staff, terrible room service, dirty and outdated rooms, broken air conditioning, and insects in every corner of the bathroom. It is shocking that such a beaut...

We stay other Rixos Dubai but we love the This Hotel family and our kids loved . The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby, which gives a luxurious and welcoming feeling from the moment you arrive.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was food as excellent, fresh and flavorful dishes every day. We loved dessert buffet and in the lobby they beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
