Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication and Limited Access

Very poor experience for a Hilton-branded resort.
We arrived expecting a full resort experience, but day one was almost completely wasted. The theme park was closed, and even though go-karting and laser tag were offered, we were denied access at 5 PM saying it was fully booked. Kids club was also practically shut by evening. We paid for the day and got nothing in return.

I had a wonderful day at the beach and pool. Everything was relaxing, clean, and very well organized. Special thanks to Mickeal and Leonce from the Recreation team for their kindness and great service, and to Brian from the Front Office for the warm welcome and professionalism. Very disappointing experience at Hilton Resort.
Before coming, we called to confirm whether Urban Point and Entertainer were accepted, and we were clearly told that both were available. After driving 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach the resort, we paid the entrance fee at reception using Urban Point.
