The facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly. The room was spacious and everything inside is properly organized, providing the perfect retreat for us. They have a round-the-clock buggy service that conveniently transported us to the waterpark, beach, and their sports bar.

A perfect destination for families! The beach, pools, and water park are fantastic, and theres something for everyone to enjoy. The service was excellent and the resort is very well organized....

Poor experience, avoid

I visited with x3 families. All from abroad. We spent thousands booking the rooms and paying extra for the buffets.
It was nothing but a disappointment.
The buffet food kept running out and was either not replenished at all or took ages coming out. The restaurant staff had very poor organisation skill, we were given 3 tables and then 1 table was given away before we could sit down by another member of staff.

Beautiful resort with excellent customer service. An idyllic setting with beautiful views of the beach and sea. A little disappointed that the indoor pool was only open daily for a very short period of time but overall was a great experience. An individual thank you to chef Vera, who went out of his way to accommodate our requirements and was so kind and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back next time we are in...

The property is beautiful - really well maintained and perfect for families. The rooms and resort grounds are spacious, clean, and very well looked after. The pools are lovely, and the water park is fantastic for young kids - safe, fun, and full of energy. My kids especially loved the kids club and the outdoor movies such great touches that made their stay even more special.
