Worst experience ever avoid this hotel I am so angry with the service here I checked in on Wednesday and it took forever to get my bags to the room I called many times and they kept lying that it is on the way Housekeeping is a joke I pressed the clean button before lunch and dinner and nobody cleaned the room Reception just made excuses and on the next day I had to go down to the desk before breakfast to finally get...

We enjoy in kids club too much. Nice service from sarah we love her too much really she was very helpful and cooperative with my family and children we will come to this resort....
