I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in a chalet and it was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The space was perfect for relaxing, and everything was organized nicely which made our stay very enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the place was calm, beautiful, and very welcoming.

Stayed one night at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North with the couple deluxe room package. Honestly everything was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were handled by Oumaimashe was very kind and professional.
Room was clean and comfortable, food was good with nice variety, and the waterpark + beach made the stay more fun.
