The Good: The all-inclusive deal is fantasticwe didnt have to spend a single riyal at the hotel. The included Meryal Park pass is a great perk, and although food there isnt covered, you can always return to the hotel for refreshments. The food at the hotel is also quite good. They even gave my son a complimentary cake and balloon decorations for his birthday, which he absolutely loved.

Service was excellent! Our stay was fun. We enjoyed all the included food from buffet (lunch, dinner, breakfast) to the unlimited alcoholic drinks. The Meryal Waterpark inclusion was the best! The staff are all accommodating. All our requests were granted....

Your money is worth going to Rixos hotel lusail branch and Merial water park with 3 free meals included (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Family friendly hotel and merial water park. Free flowing drinks which part of the hotel, pool, merial park of what you like....

Excellent hotel.
Excellent staff.
Excellent food with a wide variety
More facilities would be nice, eg tennis or padel courts, night entertainment like at other Rixos resorts.
Shuttle to Place Vendome mall a welcome benefit of being at this hotel....

Starting from welcoming, all the way to the lovely room and the exceptional service and Staff.
Sanaa one of the welcoming staff is wonderful and amazing person. We loved it. And we definitely gonna come back. I highly recommend it to family and friends....
