We had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any request no matter how small. A special thank you to Lea, Seldart, Shakir, and Rukiyo for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.
They were also very caring and attentive with children, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing as a family.

Room was good, clean and the view from the balcony is excellent.
Staffs are accommodating. Vincent from the reservation was very helpful specially on our special requests. Arshad from the concierge was very polite and take good care of our luggage during checkout.

Great all-inclusive resort

This is a beautiful all-inclusive hotel with the perk of a waterpark. We stayed in the Premium King View Corner Suite which had a massive balcony and great views.
The food at Turquoise was amazing and we enjoyed the lavish buffets there three times a day ....
