I came to this hotel with a big group of 28 people and we all booked an all inclusive stay. Overall, we all had a great time but some staff were ruined our experience. Ms Rukiye took my phone and filled in a review all by herself making everything 5 stars which shocked me because she is taking advantage of young children. We commend the hospitality and friendliness of service of Ms.Rukiye and Mr. Kevin in the Turquoise Restaurant where we had our meals from breakfast to lunch.
We also commend the friendliness of the staff members of the spa namely Sevinj, Jamal, Mercy and Racquel.itbis our first time to visit the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay and it will be a memorable one as I celebrated my birthday here.

Disappointing handling of a missing item and poor follow-up from management

I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island and, unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable stay was overshadowed by the way a missing laundry bag was handled.
During my stay, I realised that a laundry bag containing my belongings was missing. I reported this to the hotel as soon as I noticed and followed up repeatedly, several times a day, with the relevant team and management. I was repeatedly reassu...

This is 2nd time i visit this place, 1st time was one year ago better than this time . I mean the water park .
