Really poor service from the reservation team- inconsistent pricing making it up as they go along. Very rude regarding trying to accommodate with a baby- dont bother visiting if you have a baby as they will try and charge you for significantly more for a family room as none of their other rooms are suitable - when asking for them to help us book a family room for a one night stay and to help us out they were not hel...

The place is amazing and my family really enjoyed, the plan was only 3 days but i extend 3 more days.
Moreover I cant imagine the place without Serbey and Hennford for the professionalism and caring, literally they exceeded the expectations...

The main thing for me is that I have celiac and cant eat gluten and from the moment we arrived I have been catered for perfectly.
