Very clean Hotel, expected from a 5 star Hotel.
The rooms are exceptionally big and very nice.
The check-in was very fast, Mr. Maher got us a nice family room and did everything to give us a comfortable stay.
The waterpark and the pool were amazing and not crowded like last year.

Very disappointing experience all-inclusive benefits not honoured
We stayed at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island from 710 August 2026, with 4 rooms and 12 family members, to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday. Having stayed at other Rixos properties before, we expected much better.
