This is hard one to review, arrived around midnight and no one could find the hotel not even the taxi driver although he was very kind and walked around the Souq with us and spoke to various security gentlemen to establish where we should be - Around 1.30pm after a 7 hour flight and the hotel knowing our arrival time it would have been a welcome to have been met at the taxi drop off point. I stayed at Hotel Souq Waqif in late September 2025 and had a very nice experience.
The hotel is cozy, in a very interesting location inside the Souk and the service is very friendly.
I would like to highlight Tamir and Fahad, who were very kind, helpful, and efficient with my group....

Room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Transportation is also easy and accessible. I am satisfied with our stay and i will definitely comeback....
