the staff service was horrible. room service was slow, wed ask for a specific amount of items e.g 3/4 towels or cups and they would always come up to half an hour later, with the wrong items, to the wrong room or with only one thing when we requested for more.

Had the best 8days stay at Al Bandar; waking up to the creek view everyday was the highlight for us. Breakfast buffet options were very good as well.
I specifically appreciated the hotel gym thats pretty well equiped if you're a gym bro or girlie you're sorted.
Special shout out to Pranita who was so lovely and prompt room service at all times and Amit.
We hope to be back here when back in Dubai....

The hotel is modern, cozy, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere a great option for those who want to relax rather than live in the hustle and bustle of Dubai.
