The hotel is modern, cozy, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere a great option for those who want to relax rather than live in the hustle and bustle of Dubai. We had a lovely dinner at Salt & Pepper. The staff specially Andrea and Abanoub were welcoming and attentive, and the service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it an enjoyable dining experience overall. We look forward to visiting again....

Our experience with Expedia was extremely distressing, and their failure to resolve or compensate us properly is unacceptable.
We were placed in a room with a severe ceiling leak directly above our 7-month-old babys crib. We provided Expedia with video proof of the leak and the room change, yet when Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied the incident ever happeneddespite clear evidence showing they were full...

I had an amazing dinner at Salt & Pepper in Al Bandar Rotana and truly enjoyed the whole experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Mr. Yasser and Abanoub for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were very attentive throughout the evening and made sure everything was perfect.
