I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
First, the carpet in my room had large, clearly visible stains that appeared to have been there for quite some time. This immediately raised concerns about the standard of housekeeping and cleanliness.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Dubai! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the exceptional hospitality to the cleanliness of the room and the overall experience. We stayed at the al Bandar rotana for 10 days and we have nothing but positive things to say!
Monaj and Amit are our new friends, they have been so helpful and friendly our whole trip so much so we look forward to seeing them every morning.
