Everything was great! Rooms, atmosphere and all the areas. We had full board for 6 nights and was perfect. The food is tasty, dinner or lunch in the garden, live music. Kids friendly.
They made me a surprise and organized our room for my birthday. Thank you a lot!...

The lounge staff Hussam, Larry, Ahmed and Matti were anticipating every need and wishes making the guest feel most welcomed . It is always a pleasure to come back....

Great hotel and facilities. Gemma at the hotel reception was amazing gave us our rooms as quickly as she couls even though we were early. Such amazing service from her. Mohsin was also great, so friendly and helpful. Dinner staff were also so nice. Rooms were lovely and well kept. I would have given 5 stars however the hotel seems to host a lot of events so lots of people from outside who aren't staying at the hotel....

Great for families with small children, lots of care, thoughtfulness and activities for kids. Food in the restaurants was ok. We found the best food at the Japanese restaurant which is not included in half board. Great room service by Mahatab....
