Great staff, but location wasn't for us and dining experience was mixed.

Best part of our stay was the staff. Always friendly and helpful, especially the pool bar staff.
The room was clean and maintained generally well. The bed was firm but comfortable. We had a friendly room attendant and the hotel was quick to satisfactorily deal with a small issue we had in the room. Our room had a nice sea and Dubai eye view that was very colourful at night.

Excellent hotel. Great location for JBR walk. The dine around package is well worth getting, although, the main buffet was the best we've been to, and we've been to many! Great views of the AIN from rooms on the front. Quite noisy, but that's the same of all hotels on the walk. Will definitely return...

We absolutely loved our stay at Amwaj Rotana JBR this was our third time, and it just keeps getting better. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which always makes a big difference.

It was such a nice experience staying at this hotel. We have stayed at 2 different hotels in Dubai previously but this was our favorite. The breakfast was the best with many different options.Our room was at 20th floor with an amazing view of the beach,dubai eye and the entire jbr.The staff were super friendly and helpful specifically purity, amir,ahmed and the cleaning staff.There was maintenance from 10am that coul...

Amwaj rotana is in a great location looking towards the beach and the Ain Dubai. Rooms and all comunal areas are spotless. The guys at the pool and pool bar are great, especially Mohamed and Hasan. We had the dine around experience and it was great, especially Benihana. The staff in all of the restaurants were very helpful. We hope to get back again in the future....
