Our Recent day at the Royal was nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. From initial check-in everything was easy and smooth baggage was taken directly to the room and arrived shortly after us.

This was our second stay at Atlantis The Royal, and unfortunately, certain aspects of our experience were disappointing.
During check-in, we were offered a drink, but we politely declined. Therefore, our complaint is certainly not about receiving a complimentary beverage.

But Atlantis the Royal is something different
Not only is it an impressive building
But the details, it very well maintained
