Our stay at Atlantis The Royal was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is truly impressive, luxurious, and offers an exceptionally high standard of service. From the atmosphere and facilities to the restaurants and overall hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay.

Overall a reasonable stay however, as is sometimes the case, some of the small things left a bitter taste. On the morning of our last day our youngest son was feeling ill and didnt want to come to breakfast so we said we would bring fruit back to the room for him. This was refused by a very arrogant young lady as we left Gastronomy. For some reason we could have taken pastries but not fruit??!! On a more positive no...
