We stayed in Fairmont the Palm at the beginning of December 2025.
Positives;
Check in and out very smooth, they also asked for feedback at the end of the stay
-Very polite friendly staff, always happy to help
-Property kept clean and tidy
-Nice location not too far into the palm, be aware its still a taxi ride to most places
-Hotel provide transport to and from the 2 popular Malls - first come first served
