The Grand Hyatt provides spotless facilities, highly capable and professionally prepared staff, and delicious food at every venue - all restaurants and when providing drinks and amazing snacks for meetings during the day. The care of my guest room was impeccable, each team member who greeted me was friendly, professional, and wholly competent to do their job. Overall just an amazing experience....

The new waterpark is also a lot of fun and the water is heated, as is the hotel's pool....
