This is an excellent hotel. It was close to the airport which made transfers easy. Every staff member was friendly and professional. The environment was clean and of a very high standard. The food was excellent. A special mention of the presentation and range of foods in the breakfast and dinner buffet restaurant as these were truly exceptional. Hotel is very clean and room smells nice. Room space is generous. Friendly staffs and the food was excellent especially in Panini. Location was also good. About 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Highly recommended....

As anticipated with one of the Hyatt hotels, the Grand Hyatt Dubai didn't disappoint! A beautiful facility with all the comforts expected, excellent customer service and communication, and a spacious, well-appointed room. Fantastic short stay as part of our vacation in the UAE. The staff, service and experience was exceptional at the Grand Hyatt. Having lived previously in Dubai, we had knowledge of the hotel, but the team really went above an beyond our expectations, especially as we have a child with severe food allergy (nuts). Sprawling hotel conveniently located 10-15 min ride from airport. 10 min walk to metro. Rooms are comfortable and clean with gold accents and white marble. Quick, easy check-in. Several hours after check-in, hotel employee came into room and inspected the mini bar which was awkward because I was already resting in bed. Pool / water park area is under construction....
