We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The hotel is large and had several amenities. The staff was super friendly and caring. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping manager Sugumaran kept checking if our stay is comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety spread. Will definitely recommend to others....

Its such an amazing hotel. It as a newly opened waterpark wich is included for free for some rooms and if not hotel guests get a disocount.extremely nice staff and beautiful decor.
One of the staff was named montella wich worked inside the hotel for the waterpark. He was such a nice man very energetic and happy personality. The rooms were amazing. All of the places were very clean tidy....

I stayed with my family for 3 days/2nights from 1st-3rd December 2025.
Overall the stay was okay and the hotel is family friendly. I found the room slightly tight to fit a family of 4 and expected the hotel would provide some support in an upgrade of some sort, as that is what other hotels usually do.

We've stayed at this hotel many times. The infrastructure and the service level are exceptional. The rainforest lobby with plants from Malaysia is unique. The bathrooms are large and luxurious. The pool area is huge, though no longer as huge and green as ten years ago because of the construction of the separate new water park and the extension of the congress facilities. I stayed at this rubbish hotel on 4th and 5th/December/2025. I had a very poor experience. Room was freezing cold. Breakfast had very poor quality, and the restaurant was smelly. But the worst part of it is that they damaged my luggage. When the guy from concierge came to the room to take my luggage, he put it together with other rooms pieces. One of my bag is a leather Michael kors bag, and it was scratched by one ...
