Very Disappointing Certainly Not a 5-Star All-Inclusive Experience
We have just returned from a week at this hotel, and unfortunately, I have to say that there is absolutely no way this deserves a 5-star rating, particularly when it comes to its all-inclusive facilities.

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Dubai and could not fault a single thing. The hotel is lush, spotless, accessible, and truly grand. None of us wanted to come home!
The family-friendly amenities are fantastic, especially the water park and the lifeguards, who were genuinely the friendliest we have ever met.

What an amazing hotel!
I travel to Dubai very often, both for work and leisure, and have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. The Grand Hyatt is definitely one of the best!
The location is extremely convenient, just 15 minutes from DXB Airport. The food was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh and delicious options, and the breakfast was simply superb!

On arrival we were presented with a family room. The room consisted of ONE king size bed and then a make shift bed on the sofa. We are a family of 4! The storage for clothes is also very limited for a family of 4.
