Hotel was as alway lovely, the water park improvements did not impact our enjoyment of the pool. Service by the pool was exceptional (Gopal and Bikash particularly). Breakfast great with fantastic choice, and we particularly enjoyed our meal at Iz. Will be back next year!...

We stayed there for 4 nights as a stopover on our way to Europe and were all really impressed . The rooms and restaurants were first class and very well appointed and maintained. We were on a luxury escapes deal which included drinks and meals and this was very good value .

From the moment the four of us arrived at around 3am, we were blown away by the reception we received. Our room was amazing and more. The pool was lovely and the staff very attentive! The restaurants and food choice was superb! Nothing was too much bother. We had the drinks package and as I drink rose wine, there was none on the options. The manager Shadi was amazing! This hotel has the best customer care and attention to detail out of all the hotels I visit regularly. The ammenities and the rooms are fantasticand the food is to die for as they cater for every type of taste. The pools are very welcoming and looked after well....
