This is our 13th visit and everytime we have a better experience. The hotel is extremely clean and amazing. Staff make you feel home....

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai was wonderful. The staff were attentive, kind, and welcoming, always going out of their way to help with any request. The property itself is beautiful, filled with lush greenery, and even has a waterpark, making it a true all-in-one hotel.

Amazing 9 night stay especially due to the service/ staff (Mr Shadt , Harris, Mahon & Othman )at the Grand Lounge. These guys were fabulous and made the stay even more personal, food was great in the Club Lounge and the chefs were wonderful... must say we have stayed at other hotels which gave us had great Club level service but the Grand Hyatt surpassed other hotels with service and food provided at this level .

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The hotel is large and had several amenities. The staff was super friendly and caring. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping manager Sugumaran kept checking if our stay is comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety spread. Will definitely recommend to others....

Its such an amazing hotel. It as a newly opened waterpark wich is included for free for some rooms and if not hotel guests get a disocount.extremely nice staff and beautiful decor.
One of the staff was named montella wich worked inside the hotel for the waterpark. He was such a nice man very energetic and happy personality. The rooms were amazing. All of the places were very clean tidy....
