Amazing stay at Grand Hyatt

Everything was amazing, outside area was the favorite. It was very clean in the room, housekeeping came everyday and did their job properly. I would give an average of 9/10. They have all that you can ask for in the breakfast. Many thanks to Grand Hyatt for receiving us....

Fabulous Hotel and staff, so friendly and helpful! We have been 5 times to this property and love it. Facilities are first class. Great location being quite central. Totally recommend this place to stay, was sad saying goodbye to people. Love it!...

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The restaurants that we ate in (buffet, Wox, Awtar, Andiamo) the food was delicious the service was disappointing in Andiamo but excellent in the other 3 restaurants. Our room was spacious & comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space & the bed was comfortable. My only concern is that a waterpark will be opening soon which would spoil the ambience of t...

Top quality service and staff. Love the hotel. I always book the same hotel and this is my 4 time. Good breakfast and lunch or dinner, the food is very good. The pool is always clean and the kids love it. The room is very good and good cleaning Avery day....
