I have booked for my family to stay in December 2025 as I was informed the water park would open 1st Nov 2025. However it seems that it is not open yet. Whenever I email the hotel I just get back a standard response which is frustrating given there is no information shared. There needs to be better communication here and a realistic timeline. We had booked a stay for our Director through the official Hyatt website. The site only displayed two options Member Saver Rate and Standard Rate.
We selected the Member Saver Rate, assuming it offered the best value. However, only after check-in we were informed that breakfast was not included, which was never clearly mentioned during the booking process.

Disappointed on arrival at 2AM in morning to discover 4yr old and 4 month old baby needed to wait for bed and cot to be delivered to room, felt an unnecessary and stressful wait.
All inclusive was unclear and led to some awkward conversations.
Overall staff lovely and very attentive, particularly around the pool, despite us being a large party. We all enjoyed our stay.

This is my favorite hotel in Dubai its close to hospital, hotel is very good for kids they enjoy the pool, I been staying in this hotel for years for almost may 15 times or more. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was very good and testy....

A little piece of Paradise,
The Hotel was clean, beautiful, vibrant and cozy...
its lovely lobby was amazing with little lake inside and its palm trees that reminds tropical regions.
Breakfast was amazing and delicious with super professional staff serving variety of drinks, egg creations and bread...
I loved it there and will certainly come back soon...
