Surprised by how good and comfortable the hotel was. The rooms, the staff , the location , the facilifies , the water park were all amazing.
Only improvement is the food quality at the buffet , there are many options but the taste was not really good....

The bottom line on this property is that it has management issues, initially i met Ahmed who is a great manager but whatever he does gets reversed and worse by Rahul, who is the worst front desk manager i have every interacted with. I wasted an entire day due to the room move and faced a potential downgrade during that move which wasnt solved until 6 pm. Waited 31 mins to get my bags picked up upon departure. Then f...
