The hotel and amenities are as per standards. The staff needs rigorous training. Before arrival, i specifically stated that I do not need the complimentary slice of cake that they were providing me for celebrating our anniversary. This was my 3rd stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai - only 15 mins from the airport Excellent service, very clean, poolside service was fantastic even down to cleaning your sunglasses!
Location is excellent everything is nearby & taxis are very reasonable !
Would like to say a special thanks to Bindu, Arun, Issa, Merlin & Bellyath they provided a 10 star service - nothing was too much effort and very nice and friendly!

Fabulous hotel with great staff , we had business meetings on 26th & 27th Nov at Grand Hyatt Dubai , The teams of events , housekeeping , Banquets are fabulous , you dont have to worry for anything , they were in sync & makes any event super successful....

Sprawling property which is very well located for our profile. 10mins away from the airport and barely 15mins away from Dubai mall. Has shuttle services and is also easy to get a taxi. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.
Staff is very hospitable and helpful at all times.
I accidentally left valuables in the room and they were untouched.
