The duty manager Ahmed Ibrahim and Moaz were an example of how hospitality should be from the moment I entered the hotel they looked after me and my family and made sure that we had a memorable stay and it happened.
The hotel upper management must be proud of having such an amazing team.
I loved the hotel and the waterpark and I will definitely come back for such an amazing experience and service.

My one year old daughter and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Dubai from 59 October 2025 in efforts to celebrate her 2nd birthday ahead of time. On 7 October, we clearly disclosed our one-year-old daughter's egg allergy at the Wok restaurant, and staff acknowledged it, it was recorded on the receipt. Despite this, she was served food containing egg and had a serious allergic reaction requiring emergency medical attention.
