We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a rich and varied selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Cons
- didn't like staff trying to redirect guests to alternative breakfast spots
For those with families and without the budget for Atlantis the palm this has to be a must. You cannot do anything in the daytime so pool access and also the waterpark fill your family day.

Visited August 2026 and was not disappointed.
Amazing hotel and staff.
Can not fault it.
Has a waterpark on site which was good.
Hotel very clean and food was great.
Staff were amazing and so kind.
