We had a wonderful time at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. The hotel was beautiful, but what truly made our experience was how attentive and kind all the staff were, especially the staff at the Grand Club Lounge. All of the staff at the Grand Club Lounge (Shadi, Pritam, Elgen, Arya, Ammar, Usman, Mahboob, and Haris) truly made our experience. The location was excellentconveniently close to key attractions and easy to get around.
The atmosphere was very welcoming, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment from the moment I arrived.
The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and nicely furnished, providing a restful space after a busy day.
Cleanliness was clearly a top prioritythe entire property, from the lobby to the bathrooms, was spotless....

Another amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt, we never get bored with this hotel. The service, staff and facilities always seem to improve with every visit and thats hard to achieve when everything is already perfect. We will be back soon....
