The location of the hotel is very good and accessible, the atmosphere is welcoming and cosy, the rooms is very comfortable, totally worth the value, the receptionists are very welcoming and friendly, and of course all staff were amazing, loved the stay and for sure Ill always come back....

Stay was great! Zhahid in Housekeeping was a standout. Also, some of the breakfast staff were very hospitable. Location was excellent....

Executive lounge staff Sain, April, Eiei,Ellen, Erika and Ruslan made our experience wonderful. Attentive and looked after us really well, a credit to the Hilton brand. Polite, professional, obviously loved their job and we felt very special....

Absolutely brilliant! Swati and mimi were amazing, their professionalism and care whilst delivering a relaxing full body massage was first class, would definitely recommend and cannot wait to visit again....

Exceptional service from Chef Nijo!
My daughter has food allergies and Nijo considered and catered for her carefully each meal time, even making her food that was not on the menu so that she could safely enjoy her meals. The food was delicious too ...
