Well this was a mixed start,we were told we have lounge access from a Hilton employee online,so we expected this, but on arrival it wasnt given,well i didnt organise the trip,but you need to have this in writing,so i can understand the hotels stance.
The second issue was the hotels fault,we were given a family suite, room 3601, but the lounge bar is on the 35th floor,i awoke at 11.30 to the music thumping the windows...

Family of 4 visiting Dubai, staying in this hotel for 11 nights half board.
We stayed in a suite which was absolutely amazing. The size and space was much larger than we anticipated with two bedrooms (one twin, one double) and three bathrooms. The balcony was a great added touch which gave us the view of the beach. Water was provided each day and towels washed whenever we needed a new set! The kitchen are was the p...

Room was nice, much space and nice bed. Service on reception on the other hand was not so nice. Other guy promised us a another room with no extra charge. Then we were charged almost 800AED more and went to ask from reception. Receptionist Mohamed gave us VERY bad service saying two different things. Interrupted me many times and said: Listen to me.

We have stayed at the Hilton more than once. Service, restaurants, staff. Everything is great! The only downside is that we arrived early, the water in the bay had not yet cooled down. Special thanks to the girls at the reception Nawal and Karoline for promptly resolving all issues that arose. Well done! We will come again more than once. ...
