    One of the best accommodation spots in Dubai. Nice place and location. Also the interior and room facilities are suiting. On calls the staff remains helpful and friendly, we can enjoy the neatness and spacious rooms & bath.

    Very good hotel. Perfect services, friendly and efficient staff, as per Dubai standard. Rooms are spacius and comfortable, with all the necessary accessories. Excellent breakfast with different kind of international food. TOP!!!!
    Great hotel in the middle of a building site

    The hotel was very good and the staff were superb. They were attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Considering we visited just as the city was closing down due to the coronavirus outbreak, the hotel did as much as they could to mitigate the situation. The only downside of this hotel at the moment is that it's in the middle of a building site. That made the outlook unpleasant and any walk from the hotel was difficult because of the extensive building works. Once that's all finished, I'm sure that the location will be fine.

    I booked 6 nights at this hotel via Hotels.com, and paid everything in advance. Previously, I had a good booking through Agoda.com, but here I found a higher category hotel at a lower price and took advantage of this offer. After 3 days, I canceled my accommodation on Agoda, finding it unfair to hold a double booking. I organized and paid for airport transfers and some tours with the indicated accommodation. However, five days after my booking, they inform me that the price was misstated, and that the real price is 60-70% higher. As I have already canceled the alternative accommodation, and not to complicate myself with changes to other related bookings, and since the price was still favorable, I asked not to cancel my booking, and instead of the above mentioned 60-70%, I offer to pay 100% more than I already paid . After an additional 6 days Hotels.com just canceled my reservation without apology and not referring to my proposal at all. I find it very unfair and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience, I know for sure I will never use Hotels.com again, nor this Hotel!
    The Perfect Hotel

    My daughter and I stayed here for two days before taking a cruise. I wish we would have made it two WEEKS. The hotel is beautiful. Spotlessly clean. And the staff is extreamly accomodating and pleasant. We ate at three different venues in the hotel and were extremey satisfied at all three choices. There is a fully stocked grocery store in the galleria, not far from the ice skating rink. The pool was delightful. And just one more thing..... best shower EVER!!!!
