I went to Hyde hotel with my friends for two days the staff there was very friendly and helpful housekeeping and security both helped me a lot with everything thank you and will visit again soon...

Overall a positive experience. Service was great. Facilities were good. Room was great - if have partial balcony, we had road noise/highway view.
However if you are looking for a swimming pool with sun all day; this pool isnt for you. There was only sun in the morning, then the pool side was shaded from about 1pm onwards....

The worst hotel experience Ive had.
They promised gluten-free options before booking but never provided them.
Breakfast is only for one person, and the second costs 150 AED.
Restaurant staff were unprofessional and didnt understand their job.
Poor room and balcony cleanliness, very weak internet, and a dangerously narrow driveway.
Water temperature couldnt be controlled, and check-in/check-out were slow.
