Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent. A special thanks to Tanmoy from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I felt very comfortable during my stay....

Amazing Experience

We had some challenges initially, however, after we raised it with Sangam (Manager), he ensured that our concerns were addressed & our stay at Hyde was a very memorable one. We understand that issues can happen but really appreciate Sangam & team to hear us & make our stay & the experience an exceptional one.

It was perfect, had Ana asking time. Was very nervous coming aswell especially as it was solo but the staff treated me and made me feel comfortable. The housekeeper, Abel always kept my room very clean and tidy and I was very satisfied, would recommended this hotel to anyone....

Seems the hotel has gone through some changes. Housekeeping decided not to clean my room, and even after calling reception and a manager, didnt bother to show up until 7pm. Internet WiFi was not working. Tried to get help but no solution provided. Services were a bit slow. Spa underwent some changes and not sure yet if its good or bad change. Massage was decent but the way things are managed now, youd have to see f...
