All staff are friendly and good specially Mariam and Karim they get helpful this not first time I coming in this hotel because they are very respectful and I really appreciate it for upgrading me always thank you guys...

I would like to give a special thanks to Hipolite for his amazing hospitality during my stay at Hyde Hotel. He welcomed me with a big smile, made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and kindly helped me with my bags. His friendly attitude and excellent service really made a great first impression and made my stay even more enjoyable.
