Great staff service with a special shout out to Raja for switching our room and Midhun for booking trips.
Hotel interior and facilities excellent, great location with beach access and on the boulevard. Shuttle bus to the Maria runs every 10 minutes and very handy for the marina and access to the metro.
The hotel is temporarily blighted by the construction work next door so the pool and beach area was not a peaceful e...

I've never experienced such care and attention to detail as our stay.
I want to especially thank Hitesh for such care to detail from the moment we arrived and helping my husband to his shaving mishap, all these small attention to problems, makes a stay memorable. Thank you again...

Superb hotel. Great staff, all smiling, wishing you good day all the time, friendly with kids. Very good food, with cuisine from all over the world. Grilled prawns my love.
One thing that id suggest to change is to have personal hotel shuttle to moll of Emirates without going through JBR picking other ppl from other hotels.
And of course i want to mention UJWAL. Super professional at reception desk. Helped us a lo...

Been coming to this hotel now for around 20 years and never been disappointed.
We always stay in a Royal Club room and on this visit were on the 9th. floor.
A huge thank you to Abul who cleaned our room daily with great attention to detail and such a lovely smile. Weather was a bit disappointing as it was cold during the day in the shade but sun was nice on the beach. Evenings were cold and windy which we've never ex...
