The hotel, gardens and amenities are first class. Numerous top restaurants , my favourites are Al Khaima, Lebanese, and Indya, Indian. You will experience tantalising new flavours. The mangers and staff are always smiling and whatever you require, the answers.. Yes we are happy to do so! That is right down to the Laundry manager Tariq. We wouldnt be coming here for over 20 years if it wasnt top class accommodation,...

Arrived at hotel to book in was feeling unwell since the day before but had got increasingly worse
The reception staff noticed I was unwell and sent for a paramedic.
I was taken to the see the onsite doctor.
Treatment was given from doctor and nurse.
Cant thank them enough.
We were given our room in the club tower unfortunately it had two single beds and two chairs without a table.

Our first time to try this hotel, when you approach it from the outside you can see its an older building compared to whats around it and if you check it was build nearly 33 years ago. But when you enter the hotel its absolutely fantastic, renovated to a very modern and beautiful tranquil space, even though the renovation was done 5 years ago it looks brand new so amazing job to those involved.
