We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Hamid on reception, the rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is fabulous and loads of choice , and the sports bar and the rooftop pool are very well run with friendly staff also plenty of beach areas with sunbeds ....

Rooms aren't up to scratch, views you booked for room aren't given, you don't get room you booked, facilities in hotel are very basic, breakfast area too small. Staff at reception are shocking, offer 'upgrade' but given a shocking room which is in no way an upgrade. Beach area isn't clean, not sure what your allowed use at beach as it doesn't get told to you. Only good thing about the hotel was when we checked out...

Amazing hotel, All the staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble. The Roof top pool has amazing views and great food. Highly recommend ...

Upon arrival we was greeted to a room that looked nothing like the one we had booked though emirates hoildays, we had booked a standard room but was welcomed to a very small room with a massive kitchen, we went to reception to ask for the room we had booked which resulted in us paying £671 for the room which we was told would be like the nice ones as shown online but it was just the same room but bigger and a separat...
