The Rooms and Hotel are very tired and i need of a renovation. Shouldnt charge 5 star prices for a 3 star Hotel. The staff did their best to resolve the issue....

The best hotel in Dubai. Location on Dubai Creek and close to the airport, made it a relaxing oasis. Numerous swimming pools to choose from, with very attentive staff bringing bottles of water in ice buckets. We had a problem with the bathroom in our room and was upgraded to another more modern one, without hesitation from the reception staff. Restaurant/Breakfast staff were excellent. Once you are in Park Hyatt, the daily hustle and bustle of Dubai just disappears. Calm and tranquil describes it best! Amazing staff and service as always. The pool vibe was lovely. It's great that there is a separate pool and lagoon area for family so the adult space is literally super relaxing!
