Didnt live up to our expectations its all show and no soul
Some areas were good rooms big but did need some updating
Most staff were pleasant and obliging
Reception staff not so
We have been to better hotels in Dubai would not return to raffles...

Sensational hotel from the lobby to the rooms,from the moment we arrived Corina and Dina were warm,welcoming and attentive.
Our rooms 252&253 were perfect,comfortable and spotlessly clean,Arpana and Jane from housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure we are happy.

Very nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food fresh. Beach area good. Executive lounge was the place to see the sunset every evening. Absolutely my favourite. I visit raffles spa regardless of staying as a guest or not. One of the best Hammam experiences ever....
