Beautiful hotel with fabulous decoration, it is Christmas time with many trees for the occasion. We had a sea view room with balcony and views across the bay....

Raffles is a great hotel, very luxurious with an almost decadent style given the amount of chandeliers and service specially thanks for housekeeper kuresh he was very nice with out children's as well...

What a fantastic stay. Perfect time of year with golden sun that was the perfect temperature. Raffles the Palm is a fantastic hotel. The room on the second floor had a balcony that overlooks the garden and the Palm. The room itself was beautiful and reminded me of the splendour of The Ritz in London. Chandeliers everywhere and silver blue colour scheme.

fantastic experience. our butler Isuru and all of the staff in the clubroom were phenomenal. highly recommend a visit and would love to return....
