We have just spent a week here and have had the best time. We spent lots of time around the pool and our server Maheswara and bar tender Mahendra took great care of our family with drinks, snacks and smiles. 10/10 from us!...

Disappointing. Pretentious.
6th/7th stay here. Lots of good things but plenty of poor things. Food in main buffet area tends to be cold/lukewarm. The à la carte restaurants are hit and miss. We tried and failed to get a reservation at the steakhouse each and every night. They gave us the Italian which was underwhelming. Surely, this place cant be amongst the best in Dubai?...

Amazing time in The Rixos the Palm

Had a brilliant stay at The Rixos in Dubai. The room was huge and a great place to stay. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend both L'Olivo and Bodrum a la carter restaurants. Pravin at Bodrum, in particular, was fantastic. The location was fantastic it was really clean and I can't recommend highly enough....

Maheswara was amazing

We had a wonderful time and our waiter Maheswara looked after us so well.
He brought us fresh orange juice and a mimosa every morning to our cabana. He always made sure the children had chocolate milkshakes and always had a smile. We cant fault this hotel. It is exceptional...
