Good hotel with best management

Update:
I appreciate the hotel managements prompt response to my complaint, they took the issue seriously and changed the shuttle booking procedure starting the very next day.

Great staff and a positive experience
Travelled on 09/2026
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a recent business trip.

A Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service
Travelled on 09/2026
I had a wonderful stay at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day the room was spotless, fresh, and always perfectly arranged. The location is unbeatable, right on Sheikh Zayed Road with the metro just steps away, making it incredibly easy to get around Dubai. Id happily stay again....
