Hotel was very nice, staff very professional and helpful. Food is very good, gym was amazing and the views spectacular. I also got my room upgraded which was a nice detail from the hotel reception staff. Coming back definitely!...

I stayed at the Tower Plaza for 3 days and I really appreciated my room it had an amazing view and everything was perfect.
The staff was very professional and always available whenever we needed something. Ahmed attended us at the reception and he was extremely kind and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is also a big advantage, as its very close to the metro, which makes it easy to reach many of the main attrac...

Very Poor and Pathetic service.
Had to do multiple follow-ups for everything.
1. Baggage in room arrives after 2 hrs and 10 follow-ups
2. They do not refill toiletries unless you ask for ..even the basics like shower gel and that too make call after calls
3. Long queue at the restaurant and the lady at the restaurant gate is very rude ..whe will let you in unless you register room number by standing in queue....

I was booked in a room that had other rooms next to it going through construction (51st floor). I contacted reception multiple times from 7.30 to 10am this never stopped so we checked out early. The hotel valet also scratched my car and even though I showed them the video I took with the security present and the security confirming no scratches were there, I was informed after their "investigation" that the scratch w...
