Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff and amazing food .
A special , shout out to the lady on concierge desk helping us out with trips and advise .
Mustifen ( hope Ive spelt it right apologises if not ) and Ryan in the food hall .
Finally Dave at the pool bar , very very polite to Mr Kev Kev as he called me .

This was my second stay, and upgraded my room to a renovated one, which was absolutely amazing! The room felt fresh and bright.
Great breakfast and excellent service. Fast valet parking and very helpful staff with luggage.
Special thanks to Sola, our room was perfectly clean and the towels were always fresh....

Fabulous location metro just opposite.Rotana delivered everything we required at a 5* service. We were all inclusive couldn't fault anything so much delicious food choices. A special thanks to Dave pool bar impeccable service. Mustifen Ryan main food hall wonderful service. Reception and tour booking lady absolutely fantastic. I wish I could name everyone.
