Just got back from a four night stay with family. The rooms are large but VERY dark which made it hard to do hair and makeup. Also the shower is in the bath so you have to climb in and out of the bath which is quite slippery and there is no handle to hold onto. Our room still had the previous occupants breakfast cereal on the floor for two days!

Well, a review of two halves.
The room 805 was a nice size room with balcony view over the back of the hotel, it was quiet and away from the lift so sleep was good. The bed comfortable and the room cleaned everyday. 5* for the room.
Now for the not so good.
The breakfast was as good as most hotels but the dinner was very very poor. A poor selection unless you liked vegatable samosa, mini vegatable spring rolls, rice...

Whoa!!!!!!!!!!!! What service!
From the moment you arrive at the reception, you immediately feel relaxed and at ease. You are welcomed with a smile and attended to professionally. I must also mention the doorman, who greets you warmly as you enter. Once you are checked in, the bellboy takes your luggage to your room the service from start to finish is excellent.

The hotel is in a great location close to a metro station which is easy to use for all central attractions in Dubai; hotel is clean and the staff are excellent, attentive and very pleasant. the gym was well equipped, open 24 hours a day. Breakfast can be a bit busy so you do want to get down there before the mad rush. Adequate swimming pool and lots of lounges for you to relax around. very pleasant and comfortable...
