A Beautiful Hotel, but a Disappointing Stay for Guests Seeking Peace

We came with the hope of finding some peace and quiet. The hotel staff are genuinely very friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are clean and well kept. However, relaxing is quite difficult. There is loud music playing at the hotels own beach, and constant techno coming from Barasti Beach. This feels more stressful than calming.

Lovely hotel but local building works negatively impacted our holiday.

The hotel itself is very good but the construction work is highly invasive and the unobstructed views of the Marina and observation wheel do not exist anymore from the pool or lower floors, yet its still mentioned on the website. The Sun to the pool was blocked out by around 3pm each day.

We really enjoyed our stay at W hotel. The design is amazing and The staff make us feel welcome every day starting from the concierge to our room stylist Rohit. We were in Dubai during our anniversary and they make us find a little cake and balloon. Well come back for sure!...
