Were currently staying at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah and there is a lot to love about this hotel. The food has been consistently lovely, and the staff have been friendly, efficient and thoroughly professional throughout our stay. The service really does reflect the Waldorf standard were used to.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would return. The location is excellent, we loved the service (everything was promptly tended to via whats app), pool service was quick and friendly and importantly we loved our room so much. Amazing experience at the spa, i had a very nice lady called Rahayh guide me trough the 60 minute massage.
Im always a bit wary with massages due to skin sensitivity, together we managed to find a safe oil that i could tolerate.
I was very pleased and felt completely relaxed afterwards ...

The service was incredible, at the pool and beach area Santhosh and Dinesh were so kind and welcoming. They gave us everything we needed and beyond that, we were left speechless....
