Favourite hotel. Never disappointed. Dont worry about the building work. It is of minimal impact, honestly. And will be finished in a few months in any event. Finished our honeymoon here and nothing was too much trouble, from the staff in Lao and breakfast in Mezzarie, to housekeeping and the beach staff Mr Wilson as GM should be very proud of his staff and hotel. Thank you for the upgrade ️ see you in March!!...

An excellent hotel, spacious and elegant guest rooms and lovely atmosphere throughout. Some building work ongoing next door but this did not detract from a luxurious experience. The staff were professional, helpful and courteous at all times. Particularly Nadeem and Wasim in the Mezzerie restaurant at breakfast and Nazeem in the lobby, who was a mine of information and really made us feel at home. The food was great,...

Extremely disappointing stay at a Waldorf Astoria property. A massive construction project, approximately a 10-story building is being built right next to the hotel, beside the main pool, with loud construction nosie. No prior notification was provided to guests. The managements attitude was very poor, denying responsibility and offering no solution. For a hotel of this caliber, the service was simply appalling.
