The service at the hotel is outstanding. Borzo, Ajay, Ashia, and Raghu, in particular, make spending time by the pool a truly wonderful experience. At the Mezzerie restaurant, Sous Chef Rahoul and his team spoil you with exceptional food and service, leaving nothing to be desired.
In fact, this applies to all the staff. They take wonderful care of you around the clock and are always attentive to their guests needs....

We visit Dubai every year whenever we're able to, and despite having admired the Palm for years, we'd never visited the Waldorf Astoria or even considered staying there. We're so glad we made the decision because it exceeded every expectation.

I am currently staying at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, and unfortunately my arrival experience has not reflected the level of service I expected from a luxury hotel.

I was greeted at the hotel by Dishan a very lovely gentlemen who showed as around the hotel and showed a number of rooms to fit our needs. If you visit this hotel be sure to meet Dishan as is really helpful....
