The hotel is fantastic and it is kept extremely well. Service is very attentive and professional. The real highlight of this place is the kids club. My children love to go there. We attended the events which was very well organised and entertaining. This was my first time in Dubai and I was impressed by the reviews so decided to book this hotel. One wordperfection. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left I could not fault everything. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We tried most of the restaurants and they were superb. Our included breakfast buffet had everything we could wish for.

We could not fault our experience at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel on the Palm, the service was impeccable, a special mention to Borzo. He was helpful, kind and friendly throughout our stay, always eager to assist no matter what. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. We would definitely rush to return to the Waldorf Astoria and recommend to friends and family....

What can I say absolutely perfect the staff are second to none with everything. The staff on reception, the restaurant team Gayon,Nadeem, Thetien,Kathe, Alphin, Elgin, Santhal. Also on the beach 55 bar Sathyam and Abhi. They are all very attentive and work very hard also our housekeeper Shantha who kept our room very clean. Thank you....
