The staff at Voco Dubai, especially commencing with their very polite doorman Stephen Macharia, and the exceptional Sunitha and Sebastian, were amazing! Not to forget the waiters. Their teamwork and follow-up were impressive.
Though, your accounting system posed a significant issue.

Paria, Phoo and Happy (at the reception desk) are exceptional in the customer service.
Parai went above and beyond in helping me with find a way to fix my phone when I was stranded.
Mohamad from the room service is also extremely friendly and great at this job....

Service at Voco is really amazing at any time. Location offers a short ride both to old and new Dubai. Staff absolutely friendly and polite. I especially want to point out Krishna, Peter, Bhom, Su and Jobal from breakfast. An amazing service is indeed offered by Kamal. He is very caring, always in a good mood and very polite. Same is Rishad from house keeping. He knew all my wishes and cleaned very properly.
