Absolutely magnificent service from all the team, especially Srini, Sajjad, Isaball, Rana, Bimla, Krishna, Kiran (front desk), Bhom and Peter.
Was given five star service at breakfast and dinner, with them giving us a window table and extra hot tea every day after it was mentioned only on the first day. A real nice touch by the team.
Breakfast selection was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff...

Exactly what it says it is. Unpretentious, very clean, very well located but still a quiet area. More importantly to me, the staff is always available and respond very quickly to any questions or requests. If they dont have what you are looking for (doubtful) they seem happy to help you find it.
