    When you book a room in a 5* Hotel in Dubai, you should have the highest expectations. Voco did fulfill my expecions: the rooms were very good and very quiet, the bed was perfect for my back, the view from the higher floors is amazing and everything you need is in this hotel like Spa, ATM, Restaurants, Bars. The location is also good, everything that is not inside the hotel is within walking distance like supermarket, pharmacy, fast food. The pool is also nice, but to be honest, it is the only con as it is too small for a big hotel like this. That keeps me hesitating from booking a room in high season around Christmas. I wish they could find a solution to improve this in future. But the reason, why I decided to write one of my very few reviews is the service. It is the stuff at Voco that makes this hotel a remarkable 5* hotel. Literally everyone was absolutely friendly, attentive and had an outstandig behaviour: the receptionists, the huge stuff at celsius, jenny and her fantastic colleagues at Bar 51, the housekeeping, the welcoming stuff at the front door, the pool boys rajab and john and all the other stuff members that I forget to mention. It were you who made my stay wonderful, not the building. Thank you for that and a special salamat po to the many phillipinas working there. My apologies that I can´t remember all the names of these wonderful people from all around the world working at Voco. Let me end my review with an example of why the service was so special to me. In many hotels the housekeeping gets a certain time frame for making one room, usually very few minutes. But everytime Nilusha made my room, it was not just spotless clean, but also in perfect order. All my clothes on the floor were perfectly folded on the recarnate, my cosmetics were in symmetrical order, my notes were stacked and so on. I felt like back in those days when I was a young kid and my mom made my room. It was made with love. Thank you for your time and effort.

    Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable, and wonderful. Check in was fast. Special thanks & commendation to Paula who arranged our early check-in and late checkout. We also had our room upgraded for free. Truly, we experienced VIP treatment during our stay. The room is modern and spacious. The location was very convenient for getting around. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff superb! The restaurant staff Christine & Jessil were very polite and helpful. We will stay there again definitely! Highly recommended.

    The staff in the Hotel is a big plus and they are super friendly. I enjoyed my stay every single day. I been many times to the pool bar and they are very friendly and make me felt very comfortable. Lifeguards are also very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping on 47 floor by Nilu is awesome and my room was always very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast many times in Celsius restaurant and they are also great and friendly. I also been to bar 51 sometimes and I enjoyed the offers and the outstanding service there. Check in was fast and friendly. I will always come back and hopefully if the corona situation will be fine I will be back in December. Safety measures during corona times are very good and professional in voco Dubai.

    The Voco Hotel in Dubai made my stay in the city an unforgettable experience. The hotel is very modern and stylishly furnished, just the way I like it. Great rooms with a breathtaking view of Dubai's skyscrapers. What makes this hotel so special is the staff. Extremely friendly, courteous and customer-oriented - from, for example, Maria at reception, to Steven or Nelson in the lobby or Nilusha from the House Keeping. Nilusha cleaned my room every day down to the smallest detail. For all this a big thank you! The hotel has picked very, very good staff here. The very good quality of the hotel's restaurants is also worthy of mention.

    The best experience I ever had at a hotel, the staff were extremely. friendly, Especially Ibrahim was perfect from the beginning to end. He always wears gloves and a face mask makes you feel comfortable that you have chosen the right hotel. Health protection, high quality hospitality, cleanliness. He makes the old thing into a new one. that shines and stays for a long time.thanks a lot for the head of houskeeping manger🙏
