Disappointing Room & Awful Balcony

Nice hotel but unfortunately after booking a room with a balcony we were given one where we looked directly on to a wall with a noisy extractor fan emitting cooking smells which prevented us from enjoying spending time together on our balcony. Pointed this out but was just told these are the comfort rooms we booked. Never had such an awful balcony & not what I expected in a hotel of this calibre....

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE STUCK IN THE LIFT!

Our party of 4 visited the hotel as the Cave Bar had been recommended by friends. The bar and restaurant didnt disappoint, with fabulous views and incredible food. HOWEVER as one of our party has mobility issues we took the lift from the Cave Bar to the hotel restaurant which is 2 floors up. There were 6 of us in an 8 person lift. Its tiny with no air con. The electrics failed which meant we couldnt even use the a...

We stayed in a villa at the hotel, which was the right choice in the sense that it was spacious and very peaceful, and there was a swimming pool downstairs. Since I had mobility issues, we also went to check a room on the hotel side, but we weren't impressed by its standard. We stayed in a junior suite with our 15 year old. Very spacious room with double sofa bed for our daughter (only niggle was the bed was very very squeaky they did try to sort it but my daughter said extremely comfortable) large amount of space in the room huge bathroom 2 showers large balcony overlooking the sea and amazing sunsets.
