Everything was great at this hotel, the only disappointment was a room upgrade to a balcony room which overlookednothing and must have been located near the kitchens because it smelt really bad when the doors were open!
That said the room itself was great, bathroom was big and everything was clean. We tended to stay in our building and used the promenade to get to the bus for the Old Town. It was a bit confusin...

The location was quiet and easy to get to Old Town. Its a short walk and then number 6 bus. Reception helped us in many ways, including getting a breakfast bag which we arranged the day before we went on a day trip with a very early start. We went to Montenegro which we recommend. The rooms were very clean and a good bathroom. The breakfast had as good range of food....

Fabulous Hotel and staff, we were lucky to stay in a corner sea view room that was very spacious inside very clean and beautiful toiletries, out side we had a huge balcony to enjoy a fabulous view from. Such a wonderful hotel, everything was just perfect for our stay. The attention to detail by the staff made us feel so welcomed and we loved every second of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, the eggs Benedict were a particular favourite. The location is great too, plenty to see and do nearby and easy to get into the Old Town. Fantastic hotel - clean in every part. Sheets changed every other day. Chocolate on your pillow every night. Amazing breakfast choices. Very quiet. Beautiful views. Easy access to buses into Dubrovnik that run every 10 minutes. Local restaurants in easy walking distance....
