Excellent location near lapad beach, short bus ride to old town. Rooms spacious and clean. Pool and rooftop bar, restaurant excellent. Delicious ice cream too! Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again....

This is a beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean. Our room overlooked the tennis courts, not a great view but we were only there for three nights so it didn't really bother us. The location was perfect, the beds were super comfy, perfect nights sleep, plenty of hanging space and shelves, tea & coffee facilities, air con, a fantastic walk in shower and the breakfast was good.

So I am currently here and I will give my honest opinion both good and bad.
This is a fairly newly refurbished hotel and located in the centre of Lapad. Location is fabulous but that does come with negatives. Depending upon your room location you can be kept awake by loud music from the neighbouring bars. Ask for a room overlooking the tennis courts if you want a good nights sleep. Decor is beautiful. We had the most perfect holiday in the sun at Hotel Sumratin. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, modern, and beautifully looked after. Our room was bright and stylish, with a balcony that caught the morning light overlooking the tennis courts the perfect place to wake up each day.

We are currently sitting in the lobby waiting for our transfer home and can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays weve had. The hotel is superb, staff are polite and friendly, the hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately clean and the beds are so comfortable.
