Top notch hotel on the best location in Dubrovnik. Got what I expected from a 5 star hotel but what really stood out was the little things. The shower beams were the most gentle I ever experienced and I took a 20 minute shower. Usually I shower in cold water for 3 minutes. Another thing was how pretty the garage was underground. As someone who has stayed in multiple 5 star hotels, this hotel is most definitely a 4-star. The staff at reception were welcoming and the room was excellent. Drinks and food at the rooftop bar/restaurant were lovely however the service here is shockingly bad which I would not blame on the staff themselves but the management. Five stars gem in Lapad, Dubrovnik

Stayed for two nights at the end of June but had an amazing experience. We had a room overlooking the city and tenis courts which we liked a lot because we got no noise from the main promenade. Breakfast was a highlight and we had lunch at Rooftop which had good summer food selection. Pizza is really excellent, maybe the best I tried in Croatia. I really liked Lapad area....

Amazing hotel.
Just back from a week at Hotel Sumratin with my wife and two children age 18 and 14. First time weve done two rooms rather than a family / 2 bedroom apartment. We had a connecting door but kept that closed until day we came home to make packing easier.
The hotel should be 5 star. Lovely entrance, air con throughout reception and the rooms. We were bed and breakfast and so much choice to cater differ...
