Given a beautiful quiet room on 7 floor.. cleaning to a high standard. This is not 5 star as advertised. You have to be in level V to get the service you expect of a 5 star Hotel. No help with your luggage on arrival, how to use your key for everything. Compared to the reception level V got with welcome drink as witnessed totally different ambience compared to them. Not a nice feeling. The buffet breakfast is excelle...

We stayed for 5 days and would love to come back as a couple again or as a family as the hotel is perfect for both. It was a 30 minute journey from the airport to the hotel with beautiful scenery along the way. All staff and locals have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room had a beautiful view from the 4th floor. I suggest asking for a room on the 5th or floor to get an even better view!

Great place to watch the sunset, atmosphere was relaxed, with great service (we had Rason) and food. Our whole fish was the best fish we've had in a very long time.
Right on the beach front, you can't go wrong for dinner....
