Beautiful Views and Great Service, But Some Disappointing Issues

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik for a short family break in April. Our experience was a real mix of positives and disappointments.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by reception, but the initial tour of the hotel was quite limited. We weren't shown how to access several facilities, and later found that some areas were difficult to navigate because corridors were full of furniture clearly in pr...

The hotel was gorgeous, very clean and very stylish. Our room had a fabulous view over the ocean. Breakfast was great so much choice and the same for the buffet dinner ( which we had one night) . The staff were lovely so friendly and attentive. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you ....

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, and Id especially like to highlight Matija at the front desk. He was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Its always a pleasure to meet staff who genuinely care. Highly recommend this hotel!...

Rixos my second home

This is my third time visiting Rixos Premium Dubrovnik where i already feel like at home, Hotel is very clean, stuff is really friendly, food is excelent and view is amazing, i will come back definetly, i was playing biliard and working out in gym with the best view ever....

Dirty, Smelly 5 Star Building Site of a Hotel.

Quite how this hotel is classed as 5 star is beyond me, most definitely the worst hotel I have ever been to, and that includes Travelodges!
- The place was a building site, noise coming from all angles.
- The spa is extremely unhygienic, went once, really horrible experience.
