Just arrived back after a wonderful holiday Yolanda welcomed us. Gave us a map and explained what bus to use. The apartment was very clean. Amazing sea views there was a terrace with table and chairs. Even had sun lounges.The fridge had water and milk for us. Then in the cupboard was some groceries to make a meal. Will definitely be back ...

We loved the view from the top apartment. We knew when we booked there wasnt a pool so we used the pool bar located at the Harbour across from the Hotel Lapad. Yolanda welcomes you on arrival and provides a map of the area and bus service information ( bus number 6) she also provides a starter pack of food, pasta, sauce, water, veg, jam, bread etc. the apartment is well maintained and clean with towels changed half...

Don't come expecting luxury, but do come here for a fantastic base for exploring the Dubrovnik area, and a lovely hostess and staff. Just a warning for hot weather - the magnificent view does cost you in legwork - the steps or the incline back meant once we were back in the evening, we were staying back - but what a place to enjoy a simple meal. Tip: the Tommy's supermarket has ready meals and salads to take away, ...

Perfectly located for Dubrovnik siteseeing and day trips. We had the flat on the top floor which was perfect for a couple with two teenage girls. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Yolanda had stocked the fridge with some supplies so that we could have breakfast and also an evening meal.

If you are expecting four star luxury then Villa Peric Studios are not for you. If you need a lovely quiet space to rest your head after a day exploring in the sun then it certainly is. Yolanda (I trust I have her name correct) the host, will do anything to make your stay a pleasant one.
