Excellent location, convenient for all the main tourist sites. Room was very clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast had great selection. All the staff very friendly and helpful....

Stayed 3 nights in the Albani Firenze.
Overall our stay was good. The hotel is in a very good location, near train station and other sites. The hotel is old world, not our taste but charming, nevertheless
Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet with good amenities. No shower stall. Had to step into bathtub to take a shower which was not very convenient.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Not sure why ...

No Internet available. When queried we were informed that there was no reception because of the numerous high buildings surrounding the hotel.
The breakfast is the worst I have had in a long time. There was a minimal selection to choose from and there was no change in choice during our stay of 5 days!

Unstable hotspot instead of proper wifi.
Front staff is cold and unwelcoming
The hotel does not gym and the gym is next building another property - very inconvenient....

Arrived today, room fine so tried to extend for another day
Booked a better room and paid on line
Okay, front desk said would check when booking came through
Just arrived back at hotel after having Fantastic day in Florence and a meal to die for
