Our room was as shown in the picture.
Installation was impeccable. We felt comfortable.
Personnel is diligent. At reception we were pleased to have been attended many times by Antonio and Stefano. Both wore a smile. Dont doubt to ask them anything more than just to drop off and pick up your room key. Location of the hotel is remarkable....

A Hotel with a welcome gift

Arrived to find the Hotel doing justice to the pictures we had seen on line. Warm welcome from staff both rooms were beautiful with all you could wish for fridge telephone and safe plus TV we did only manage News in English.
Every where was spotless and that was repeated every day.
Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful and food first class....

This is a charming, well-located, historic property. The front desk staff members were very pleasant, helpful and always accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. My advice? Reserve a room with a view of the Ponte Vecchio. What a thrill to open the shutters onto the Arno and that iconic sight. Take time to enjoy the breakfast. My family and I booked 5 rooms for a 3 nights stay at Hotel Berchielli Florence from 21st till 24 Dec'2025.
On 24 Dec around 12 noon after check out our luggage was in the Hotel lobby right opposite to the reception.
