The hotel was amazing and the stuff as well!!! The location of the hotel is great near everything. The views are breathtaking to the river. We tried also the food and it was delicious. The prices reasonable. The rooms are spacious and very clean....

This hotel is great!! The reception staff are very friendly. And they made a pt to remember you and your room number.
Breakfast is good too with smoked salmon. Location is right next to the river. Lots of restaurants nearby. Cross the river and there are many interesting shops and restaurants too! Abt 8mins walk to train station.
Room is big and is clean.
Totally recommend this hotel!!...

Hotel Berchielli was one of our favorite hotels in Italy. It offered a beautiful view of the Arno River and was perfectly located for shopping, sight seeing, and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are simply some of the best we found throughout Italy. Overall not bad but there was a reluctance in the service / facilities exemplified by the absence of a kettle etc in the room. It was supplied on request but with disposable cups, a limited array of tea etc and no milk. We were told to ask at the bar for milk where the bartender reluctantly and slowly gave us a pathetic quantity not even filling the very small espresso cup in which it was provided. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Fully stocked bar. Rooftop sitting area Five star experience for us. Walking distance to everything in the city center, including terrific restaurants. Well be back...
