Excellent location on the river Arno. Conveniently located for all of the sights and shopping areas of Florence.
Staff were all formally dressed, immaculately turned out and attentive.
Its a very traditional hotel, with what many might describe as old fashioned decor and furniture but its beautiful, immaculate and something of a maze to navigate around!

Very good hotel which is close to all the main sights and close loads of Restaurants and Bars.
The rooms are quiet and very clean. We had a basic room which was suitable for as needs as we didn't need to spend much time in it.
The Breakfast was good and served in a very nice room.
We found the staff very pleasant and helpful when we asked them questions.
I would definitely recommend this hotel....

The hotel is the perfect location and the included breakfast had a great selection which was lovely. The problem I had was the toilet was broken in my first room. Someone came to fix it but it broke again the following morning. I called reception who said theyd send someone to fix it again but I asked to be moved as I didnt want to call them every time I went to the loo. They said they would move me and would move...

Our room was as shown in the picture.
Installation was impeccable. We felt comfortable.
Personnel is diligent. At reception we were pleased to have been attended many times by Antonio and Stefano. Both wore a smile. Dont doubt to ask them anything more than just to drop off and pick up your room key. Location of the hotel is remarkable....

A Hotel with a welcome gift

Arrived to find the Hotel doing justice to the pictures we had seen on line. Warm welcome from staff both rooms were beautiful with all you could wish for fridge telephone and safe plus TV we did only manage News in English.
Every where was spotless and that was repeated every day.
Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful and food first class....
