We booked by credit card travel for three nights. The receptionist, "Costanza" had an indifferent attitude. A lot to share, but I will stick to the worst. Our room reeked like cigarette smoke and we were denied a new room, told it was a non smoking hotel and she didn't smell any odor. The following morning we went into Florence. Put "Do not disturb" door hanger on and walked past Costanza, who said nothing to us ...

We spent a week here at this lovely hotel and from the minute we arrived we were greeted with friendly happy staff, nothing was to much trouble for anyone we dealt with over the week, breakfast was excellent every day and again the staff were superb and so were the pancakes location was also perfect out of the way of noise but close enough to walk to everything you needed. We didnt like the music in the corridors...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just outside the ZTL, making it easy to explore Florence without any hassle. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely touch of complimentary coffee and tea refills. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.

It would be difficult to overstate the friendly welcome we received at this delightful hotel on the Arno River. We would certainly stay here again. Our room - junior suite - was perfect for our requirements and the care we received from every member of staff was personal and professional. Really lovely stuff - thank you so much!...
