Absolutely wonderful experience! This beautiful hotel is located in a safe and lovely area of Florence. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was beyond our expectations: stunning, spacious, pristine, and with an attached massive patio that was for our exclusive use. Very nice hotel with big and modern rooms. A nice stroll by the river to the city center. The receptionist girl was very kind and helpful ( unfortunately I don't remember her name ) . If you have a car they have valet service in a very good price. I recommend this hotel especially if you have a car and you don't want a hotel in the very city center....

we had a great stay in florence at this hotel. the room was large enough (although small by us standards). bed was comfortable. the showerhead was fantastic - a really great rain shower shower. this hotel is also located near a train station and bus station/stop so getting around was easy. the ferris wheel was a nice view at night. the breakfast buffet was a wide variety of choices. some items (eggs, "bacon") weren'...

The hotel was clean! My room OMG! Its for the moment, the best hotel I did in Italy! As I did 4 hotels but this one has something particular! It was not the cheapest but I paid more in another hotel Italy and I didnt had this kind of service!! My room was so big! I have all I need in the room!! Nothing missing ...

This was our first time at an NH hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel was nice. The restaurant food was good. Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue I had is the room doesnt have enough lighting to put on makeup. We liked the location and still easy to walk everywhere. The pina coladas by Alice were amazing.
