Overall it was an expensive stay that gave a disappointing experience.
Having stayed in NH hotels before, it was apparent that this one differed significantly. Small basic room, the floor wasnt clean, there was no complimentary water in the room, no welcome drink on arrival. The rooftop was closed completely so despite good weather you couldnt even get a drink to enjoy up there. It was quite a distance up the rive...

Very comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and reasonable walking distance to main attractions. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options. Beds were comfortable. This hotel was very clean with excellent housekeepers!...

We stayed in a balcony room and it was very nice. I loved the smell of perfume on entering the hotel and room. The balcony offered lovely views. The bath took at least half an hour to fill which was a shame but breakfast was delicious....
