Fantastic stayspotless room, warm staff, great breakfast, and a perfect location. Comfortable, quiet, and truly relaxing. Id gladly return and highly recommend it....

We stayed in a balcony room and it was very nice. I loved the smell of perfume on entering the hotel and room. The balcony offered lovely views. The bath took at least half an hour to fill which was a shame but breakfast was delicious....

Hotel very well located and communicated. Restaurant and cafeteria services are very good ones, staff members are very kind.
Reception team are helpful and ready to answer any question or doubt....

Swimming pool was closed!

Great location. Helpful staff. Great modern clean room. Breakfast was very average. Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled. No room iron?!...

Terrible! Should not be a 4 star hotel. Horrible smell in the lobby. Lacks cleanliness throughout the hallways and on elevators. Bathtub/shower did not drain. Cleaning staff did not change our towels between days despite them being on the floor (they just hung the dirty towels back up). Felt grossed out staying at that hotel. Should be a two star hotel. Location was fair....
