Myself and my partner stayed here in November to visit the city and the Christmas market. The hotel was pleasant and clean. The staff were ok. The breakfast was ok. It was all good. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk into Gdansk, which felt safe. We enjoyed our time in Gdansk. First time in Gdansk. Hotel is in a good location, 15 mins walk to river and then another 5/10 to Christmas market. In a quiet location away from the town.
We were room only so cant comment on breakfast.
Our room was lovely, very clean and big. Only issue we had was the shower, because it stepped up, the water ran off and the floor was soaked. We did have a mat but it still got very wet. Only answer would be to ch...

It's clean & warm, breakfasts are fantastic. Evening meals good but more choice in the city.
The main block in the hotel used to be an orphanage for girls, & it's kept much of the original features in it's refurbishment. We were in one of the new build blocks, very industrial, lots of bare concrete & exposed services.
Staff were very friendly, we enjoyed our stay...

Not what wed expecteddisappointing at best. Felt like a Prison Block

Very disappointing stay. We were placed in the hotel block at the back of the complex. The block was a purpose built block with unfinished concrete corridors which made it very dark.
Our room also had unfinished concrete walls which made it feel like a prison cellnothing like the hotel photos which Im assuming were of rooms in the main building. The rooms were clean but sparse and basic.

A stunning hotel steeped in amazing history, with décor that is both beautiful and perfectly suited to the story of the building.
We enjoyed breakfast during our stay and it was absolutely faultless every element was fresh, well prepared, and thoroughly enjoyable.
