Third time staying at this hotel, but must say very disappointed in the service during this trip. My 3 year old daughter became ill during the night and unfortunately was sick on her bed, the floor and bathroom. We cleaned up as best we could and went yo reception to ask for cleaning products and fresh sheets which they were unable to provide until housekeeper started at 8am. A lovely hotel right in the heart of old town. Rooms are great with a really comfortable bed and plenty of space. Staff are very friendly and the whole hotel is very clean...

A great hotel right in the centre of Old Town Gdansk. Everything was in walking distance.
The hotel staff were so helpful, booking taxis on our behalf and we also managed to check in early which was a huge bonus .
The breakfast was average, there was plenty choice and the waffles were a firm favourite of ours.
The hotel itself was very safe, having to use our key card to access the building and go up in the lift...

Cozy hotel right in the middle of the old town, plenty of choice at breakfast, not a full english but freshly prepared and well presented hot and cold selections - tasty menu offerings in the bar/restaurant in the evenings. Friendly and helpful service staff in all areas - could not fault anything....
