Generally good but a few negatives:
(+) great location, nice reception area, good breakfast
(-) unfriendly, cool staff, room 117 - poor shower, room overlooked a dirty, internal roof covered in rubbish, bit of a funny shape, couldn't check in hour early
Overall fine, but we'd try somewhere else next time. Odd we were put in such a gloomy room. Customer service distinctly average and no effort to make it 'great'....

Hotel is very central, everything within walking distance. Staff were very polite and friendly. Hotel was spotless, room was spacious and spotless, would definitely return. Markets are with 5 min walk. Lovely restaurants in and direction within a short walk....

This was an excellent stay. The location in old town was perfect and the Christmas Markets were a 5 min walk away. Upon checking in we were greeted so warmly by Dawid. He was courteous and took extra time and care to see if there were any upgrades available to us with our status. Many times the front desk will just tell us no upgrade available but he took the time to really search and made it happen. The room was ...

Perfect location for old town , step out and you taken back in time to a beautiful city . Cant really fault it , best time for the free Buffett is after 08:30 but the area the Buffett is located is a bit small, for the amount of people who use it.
We managed to check in early & with free bag storage even better
Make sure you get the gallon ship to westerplatte, but give yourself 2 hrs

Staying here at present. 3 days trip which is plenty of time to explore this beautiful city. Hotel is lovely cant fault it, central to everything, walking distance 5 minutes to Main Square. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Must do World War ll museum, St.Marys Church (400 steps to the viewing tower). River cruise . Irish bars are reasonable priced too!!
