Absolutely 5 stars across the board! Fantastic l, top-notch amenities, and staff who go above and beyond to make our stay special.
Dinner was absolutely Michelin-star quality an unforgettable culinary experience!
The breakfast spread is massive, and they even have a chocolate fountain.

Fantastic location, on the river but a 10 min walk to the main area. Very nice restaurants close by. Rooms very clean and spacious. Breakfast is FANTASTIC! Buffet with everything you could want inc prosecco!
We used the pool which was lovely after a busy day, there is also a sauna and steam room which are excellent but small. Theres also a small gym.
We will be back!...

Great hotel, great location, staff and food however disappointed that after paying for 3 night B&B stay and eating lunch/evening meal at the hotel, we were expected to pay for use of the pool!!...

Location - fantastic position in the heart of the historic harbour area, with amazing views from the roof terrace overlooking the canal.
Service - first class, they treat you like royalty and nothing is too much trouble.
Sleep quality - we had a great nights sleep and the soundproofing was good.
