Amazing Stay!

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, the customer service was lovely, and the food & beverage (restaurants) were great! You can tell the staff truly cares about hospitality here.
Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. I've seen many hotel breakfasts and this one was elevated, for sure!
Also, the area is gorgeous with lots to do. If I ever return to Gdansk, this will be my go-to location.

Great location, everything is clean, nice style and decor, friendly housekeeping and pool attendant. Also did have a great upgrade to a river view room, because of my Diamond status. However breakfast was a fall back compared to an earlier stay - as other mentioned the hotel started to cut back breakfast for its status guests to a small buffet with the minimum. While the staff was friendly, I need to report a recent change to the offering that the management team of Hilton Gdansk decided in June 2026: as of now, their most loyal customers (Hilton Honors Gold and Diamonds), will not be allowed to access the regular breakfast anymore. Amazing property situated in the banks of the river that flows through the old town. Worth asking for a room with a river view!
Friendly reception, good food and accessible to loads of authentic Polish restaurants nearby! Lovely walk along the river and the beautiful old town. Thoroughly recommend this hotel...

Location if hotel was perfect looks directly across river to ferris wheel, reception staff all very attentive and room was brilliant, bed huge and very clean. Bathroom had separate shower and bath - even set of scales maybe not ideal when your on a holiday.
