The perfect hotel in every metric!

Location - fantastic position in the heart of the historic harbour area, with amazing views from the roof terrace overlooking the canal.
Service - first class, they treat you like royalty and nothing is too much trouble.
Sleep quality - we had a great nights sleep and the soundproofing was good.
Rooms - big comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

Great Hotel and location! Rooms are big and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Spa and Pool is small but was quiet so not an issue. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked good!
Rooftop bar is a bit misleading in winter, its the size of a cloak room! I bet its lovely sat on the terrace in summer though!...

Perfect located at the edges of the old town we loved our high floor deluxe room overlooking the river. Great views! We were looking up the river with views of the old town and the carousel.
Rooms are large by European standards.
The hotel is very modern and contemporary.
Staff are welcoming and efficient/professional.
Room amenities are great. Huge tv, large ensuite with separate shower and bath. Good quality ...

Beautiful Hotel in a prime location

Excellent hotel, lovely friendly staff, situated in walking distance of all the attractions, markets, shopping and overlooking the river.
25 minute taxi ride from the airport, average fare of 140 Zloty ( approx £28.00)
Restaurants are in abundance and excellent choice of food....
