Great location.

We stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room at the Holland House Residence Old Town. Our room was huge and so was the bathroom. The desk staff were all very pleasant. The location, right in the heart of Old Town was perfect, and the street noise was not bothersome. We did ask for daily room service which turned out to be just fresh towels. Our floor remained dusty for 3 days....

I stayed here recently on a trip with my mum. As a budget hotel we cant really moan. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the hotel seems really clean! As other reviews mention it is quite noisy due to location. The first nights noise of music/ people didnt really keep us up that much. However the second night the street was closed for filming so we struggled getting back to the hotel, nobody warned us ...

An amazing hotel in the centre of Gdansk old town district.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and the rooms were amazing, the staff are very proffessional, nice and serviceminded. You get a nice discount when eating breakfast at the restaurant just outside the hotel, and most important about the rooms are that the windows are very soundproof. You close the windows and you can't hear the party on outside (if there is a party that is).

A beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff were brilliant. They changed my room because I had requested a bath when booking and it hadnt been forwarded to the hotel. So not their fault but they were extremely accommodating and luckily they had a room with one.

Very pleasant for a few days in Gdansk

Hotel is right in the centre, nice rooms, a little quirky but very clean. did not see a lot of staff but the ones we saw were very helpful. The bar and restaurant was run by someone else, very limited breakfast, good beer but the bar closed far to early if you like to get back to the hotel for a few quite drinks after being out for the day....
